This notice explains, in plain language, what information this public site handles and how. It reflects how the site actually works: a static marketing page with a contact form that opens an email in your own client rather than sending data to a server.
Who we are
This site is the public marketing page for AI Gov Suite, a product of /tmp Labs (“we”, “us”). It describes the product at an outcome level and lets you request a private governance briefing. You can reach us at hello@aigovsuite.ai.
What this site collects
This is a static website with no application backend. Simply browsing it does not require you to provide any personal information.
The briefing-request form asks for your name, work email, company, role, chosen interest area, and an optional message. These fields are not transmitted from this page. When you submit the form, your browser opens a pre-filled email in your own email client, addressed to hello@aigovsuite.ai. We receive your details only if you choose to send that email. If you do not send it, we never receive anything.
How we use what you send
If you send us a briefing request, we use the details you provide solely to respond to you and to arrange the governance conversation you asked for. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated purposes.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising, or social-tracking scripts. It makes no runtime calls to external services.
Please do not send confidential information
The briefing form is an initial contact channel. Please do not include confidential, regulated, or sensitive architecture, security, or personal data in it. Detailed architecture discussions happen later, under NDA, with the right stakeholders.
Retention
Where you email us, we keep your message for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of the enquiry, after which it is deleted in line with our internal retention practices. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by emailing hello@aigovsuite.ai.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the product and its contact channels evolve (for example, if a hosted form is introduced later). The current version always lives at this address.
